The buddy is wondering on the road, not realizing dangers around, such as broken fire hydrants, puddles on street and the black clouds in sky.
You need to help the buddy go back home without getting wet.

Be careful of the fire hydrant spraying water by the street. When go through the road with puddles, you need to pay attention to the cars which drive fast behind you, avoiding splashed water.
What you need to do is holding the screen in danger to make your buddy stop. Release when you feel safe and your buddy will keep walking.
